Goldstein & Bachman's founding partners — Mark Goldstein and Howard Bachman — have each practiced law in New Jersey for more than 20 years. Mr. Goldstein and Mr. Bachman provide dynamic and ethical guidance to our law firm's other lawyers and professional staff.

Our law firm's primary area of emphasis is on divorce and family law. As a sign of the advanced family law experience of our firm, both our law firm's partners have been named as members of the Early Settlement Panel.

Partner Mark Goldstein is a former accountant with a concentration in tax who worked for one of the "Big 8" accounting firms in New York City before becoming an attorney.

Our commercial and residential real estate clients are also pleased to know that Mr. Goldstein is also the former attorney for a local city's zoning board. He brings a thorough background in land use issues to his real estate practice.
